Refunds

Cancel any time in Ask (Settings → Account → Billing). You keep the subscription until the end of the month you paid for, and aren't charged again.
Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law says otherwise or when Ask didn't work for you through a fault of ours: then reply to the payment's receipt email within 14 days and it will be refunded.
